Hey, welcome to the very first episode of she Ain’t Heavy. I’m Tracey Rasmuth, and I’m so excited to finally be hitting record on this podcast. I’ll be honest, I’m not a big talker, and this podcast thing is way out of my comfort zone.

But at age 41, as a mom of two, juggling three businesses, I’ve managed to lose over 20 kilograms right in the middle of real life chaos and actually keep it off.

And that’s when it hit me. More moms need to know that this is totally possible. So I’m here taking the leap, sharing my story, and hopefully helping you do the same.

Because let’s be real, fat loss in your 40s with kids and the chaos is a whole different game, and I’m here to help you win it.

First things first, I know what you’re thinking. That podcast name, though. She Ain’t Heavy, A little bit cheeky, isn’t it? Maybe a tad controversial, but hear me out. It’s not just about the weight.

Yes, we’re going to talk about fat loss, but this is about so much more. This. The name actually comes from that song. And yes, I’m going to sing it. He Ain’t Heavy.

He’s my brother.

Singing’s not my strong suit either. But anyway,

it’s about how carrying someone you love doesn’t feel heavy. That’s what I want this podcast to be for you. Because if you’re out here trying to lose weight, trying to juggle all the things and feeling like it’s just too much, I.

I see you, and I want you to know you don’t have to do it alone.

Heaven knows I couldn’t do it alone. For years, I was stuck in that yo yo cycle, losing weight, gaining it back, never, never throwing out my fat pants because I knew I’d be back in them.

Then I hit 40, and I was so fed up of my own bullshit that I signed up for a body transformation challenge. And honestly, it changed everything. The coaches were incredible.

They kept me in check and gave me the mindset shift that I finally needed. It was the missing piece of the puzzle for me. Now I’m on a mission to help as many women as humanly possible break free from that same struggle.
